Although my Chan clan genealogy book isn’t that comprehensive–it doesn’t have the legend of origin or any biography, it is still a very useful tool for chasing my ancestry. Not everyone can find a corresponding clan genealogy book. Some clans have never had a genealogy book compiled and many genealogy books have been destroyed due to various reasons.
